1. Reservation Confirmation:
Reservations are confirmed only upon receiving a confirmation from Ganesha Ek Sanskriti restaurant via phone, email, or our reservation system.

2. Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans may change. Kindly inform us at least 2 hours in advance if you need to cancel or modify your reservation.
Failure to provide timely notice may result in cancellation of your reservation.

3. Late Arrival:
Please arrive on time for your reservation. We will hold your table for up to 15 minutes. If you are running late, please notify us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

For parties of 30 or more, please contact us directly to discuss group reservation policies.

We will make every effort to accommodate special requests, such as seating preferences or dietary restrictions. Please communicate these requests at the time of booking.

5. Table Request:
We reserve the right to assign seating based on availability and operational needs. Specific seating requests will be considered but are not guaranteed.

6. No-Show Policy:
Failure to arrive without prior cancellation may result in cancelation of your reservation

7. Service Charge and Taxes:
Applicable government taxes of 10% will be added to the final bill.

9. Reservation Modification:
Any modifications to your reservation should be communicated in advance. Changes are subject to availability.
