FAQ

Do you serve Jain food?

Yes, although we do not have Jain dishes listed on our menu, we do accept special dine-in Jain food orders. Please notify your server and they will inform the chef to prepare accordingly. We encourage you to book in advance and inform us to prevent any delays from the kitchen.

Is Ganesha Vegan and Gluten-free friendly?

Yes, we do indeed have a selection of vegan and/or gluten-free menu items. Please ask your server for suggestions. However, kindly note that due to shared preparation and cooking areas, we cannot assure you that any item will be completely free of dairy or gluten.

What is your reservation Policy?

We can only hold reservations for a maximum of 15 minutes during peak periods. In case of no-show or late arrival Ganesha ek Sanskriti reserves the right to reallocate your reservation after this time. For larger group bookings of 10+ we encourage a set menu.

I need to talk to someone about an inquiry, who can I speak to?

When is last order?

All our outlets (excluding Menara Karya) close at 11 pm, hence last order is at 10:30 PM every-day. For Menara Karya, due to its special operating hours, last order is at 9:30 PM and the restaurant closes at 10 PM every-day.

Is there minimum number of guests required to book a catering?

We are committed to providing our authentic Indian food beyond the four walls of our restaurants. However, due to the additional logistics and manpower required for caterings, we only accept parties of 30 guests or more.

Why do you require down payment for any large order or catering?

We require a 50% down-payment in order to ensure that the time and preparation gone into fulfilling your order or catering request does not go to waste. This enables both parties to secure the booking and aids us in procuring fresh ingredients for your order/event more efficiently.

Do you have a delivery/pick-up service?

Yes. You can order directly through our website by clicking on order online. Guests are also able to pre-order online for pick-up at one of our outlets. Alternatively, we also offer delivery through Go-Food and GrabFood,

however please note that Ganesha ek Sanskriti cannot be held liable for any delays or additional delivery costs incurred through second party delivery services.

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes. Please feel free to bring your own alcohol. Kindly note that we have a corkage fee per bottle. The rates are 100++ for wine, 150++ for spirits and 250++ for premium brands (such as single malt). All prices aforementioned are in thousands of Rupiah (IDR).

Do you have a special rate for kids buffet?

Since we currently only offer lunch buffets at two locations, BRI and Menara Karya, children below the age of 5 are free of charge. Additionally, between the ages of 5 to 10 years old we charge 70% of the adult price and for 10 years and above the adult price is charged.

Can you make no-onion no-garlic food?

Yes we can. All our food is prepared from scratch therefore please notify your server to pass on the information to the Chef. However, please onte that we strongly encourage you to book in advance and inform us to prevent any delays from the kitchen.

If I book catering services, how long will the catering last?

Our general terms and conditions for caterings and in house parties are 4 hours. This means if the party begins at 7
PM we will continue serving until 11 PM. If you request for additional hours this will be billed accordingly.

What are your operating hours?

For all outlets (excluding Menara Karya) we are open from 11 AM to 11 PM every day. For Menara Karya we are open from 9 AM to 10 PM every day.

What are your weekend buffet timings?

We only serve weekend buffets at our flagship restaurant, Ganesha BRI. The timings are 11 AM to 3:30 PM. We highly recommend booking in advance as during peak periods since we might be unable to accommodate large walk-in parties.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers.

Do you accept foreign currency?

No. We do not accept any foreign currency, all payments must be made in IDR. There are no exceptions to this rule.
