Ganesha ek Sanskriti (translates to Ganesha – a culture) is a restaurant chain focusing on bringing authentic Indian cuisine with Indian hospitality experience outside India. Ganesha started its roots in Indonesia in 2003 with its first fine dinning Indian restaurant and bar in BRI-GKBI Complex right in the center of Jakarta CBD.
Since then, Ganesha has successfully set up another 4 fine-dining restaurants, with 1 in another part of Jakarta, 1 in Yogyakarta, 1 in Ubud (Bali) and 1 in Dallas, USA. Ganesha’s motto has always been serving high quality authentic Indian food by strictly hiring only Indian expatriate chefs who are expert in their own departments like, curry, tandoori (oven baked dishes), desserts and south Indian food.
